An evening, not an outing
Most Dev Deepawali plans amount to a boat ride from a public ghat. This is a full day inside a living royal fort — the heritage tour, an artisan session, live classical music and Kathak, the cruise itself, and dinner back at the fort — all on one ticket.
Boarding is from the fort's own ghat, so there is no queue for a place on the steps and no scramble for a view of the river.
