About Akashganga
A celebration of light, culture and dharma — where the timeless traditions of Kashi meet the grandeur of a royal fort.
Akashgangais Varanasi's most immersive Dev Deepawali experience — an evening where storytelling, ceremony and hospitality come together on the banks of the river Ganges. Set within the walls of the 18th-century Ramnagar Fort, it is designed to let guests witness the sacred spectacle of Dev Deepawali the way it was always meant to be seen: from the river itself, surrounded by living heritage.
What began as an intimate gathering of a few hundred guests has grown into a signature celebration welcoming over a thousand, with a full cultural programme and national media — yet the soul of the evening remains unchanged: reverence for the river, the rituals and the city of Kashi.
Akashganga was born from the partnership of two founders who share one belief — that the magic of Dev Deepawali deserves to be experienced with reverence, comfort and a sense of occasion.

Our Story
Akashganga began its journey — a small, intimate gathering at Ramnagar Fort that lit the spark of something extraordinary.
